ScrumAID is a contingency based US staffing company that delivers top US based direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire talent for our US clients.

We are looking for previously successful sales and appointment setters to help bring in new clients/logos. The opportunity begins as a Freelance position that can easily convert to a full-time remote job if quota is achieved and there’s a desire to join the team full-time.

NDA will be signed must be signed to protect both our client relationships and Freelancers working for other companies.

We gladly pay unrivaled commissions:

• Discovery Call w/ Hiring Authority ($100 USD)
• Signed Agreement ($100 USD)
• Placement (20% of fee)

ScrumAID provides leads. You will also be backed by a well-established team of recruiters and networks that successfully fill roles in a variety of industries and departments (IT, HR, Healthcare, Hospitality, Legal, Manufacturing, etc…).

Job Title: Location: 100% Remote

Job Type: Full Time or Part Time

Compensation: Both… Freelancer and Competitive Salary + Unrivaled Commissions

Preferred candidate profile: We are seeking to build a high performing global team of dynamic sales focused individuals with prior US Staffing experience. At the beginning, this is a 100% commission only opportunity. If quota is achieved, this can become a full-time opportunity, if desired. However, that will be earned and NOT given.

Requirements

• Accent Neutral
• Excellent command of the English language (Written & Verbal)
• Minimum of 1 year of US Recruitment sales.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Recruit candidates and gauge both technical and communication skills, chemistry of candidates for fit, and to understand candidate motivation.
