Duties
- Operate scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital formats with high accuracy.
- Enter data into databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, ensuring completeness and correctness.
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically for easy access and retrieval.
- Perform data entry tasks including order entry, transcription, and updating records in various software platforms.
- Utilize pivot tables and other Excel functions for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Assist with data collection projects by compiling, verifying, and organizing information.
- Support clerical functions such as filing, document indexing, and maintaining office supplies related to document management.
- Ensure all scanned documents are properly labeled, stored securely, and comply with company policies.
Experience
- Prior office or clerical experience is preferred, especially involving data entry or document management roles.
- Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), and general computer skills is essential.
- Experience with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for data verification and calculations are beneficial.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and accurately.
