Your Role: Driving Growth & Success
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating further growth for our EG Jydacom and Zeroni products mainly in Finland. You will manage the entire sales cycle, work closely with customers and colleagues, and contribute to the digital transformation in the construction and industrials sectors.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and manage potential customers, arranging and leading meetings, negotiating, and closing contracts.
  • Build and nurture long-term commercial relationships with leading construction and industrial companies in Finland and the Nordics.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and help shape how EG’s solutions are presented to the market.
  • Influence the go-to-market strategy through insights and collaboration with the team.
  • Take ownership of sales projects, working with colleagues and product experts to deliver the best solutions for customers.
  • Contribute to the digital transformation of the Finnish construction and industrial sectors, helping customers achieve their goals through innovative technology.

Your Profile: Energized, Curious, and Driven

In addition, we would like you to bring the following competences:

  • Proven expertise in technical service solution sales, preferably in SaaS and/or ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of product value propositions and ability to create high-quality sales materials.
  • Curious, driven, and motivated to help customers achieve their goals, with an interest in emerging AI trends and integrating relevant insights into daily work.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration and social skills.
  • Experience using modern sales and marketing tools.
  • Degree in technology or business; fluent in Finnish and English, Swedish is an advantage.
