About the Role:
We are seeking a professional, and results-driven individual to manage outbound and inbound phone campaigns, support administrative tasks, and represent our company at selected industry events. This role requires a strong phone presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently drive campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and clarity
• Manage telemarketing campaigns, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
• Support administrative tasks related to campaign execution and reporting
• Travel to industry events and company initiatives (approx. 25%)
• Represent the company brand with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• Excellent phone communication skills and confident speaking manner
• Previous experience in telemarketing, call center, or inside sales preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle campaign responsibilities
• Based in or willing to commute to Plantation, FL
• Ability to travel occasionally (up to 25%) for events and meetings
