As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by helping local and regional businesses reach their target audiences through radio, digital, and multimedia advertising solutions. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy consultative selling, strategic thinking, and building long-term client partnerships.
You’ll work directly with advertisers to understand their business objectives and craft tailored advertising campaigns that integrate radio airtime, digital display, video, OTT, programmatic advertising, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Revenue Generation & Sales Growth
- Consistently generate new revenue by meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach to local businesses and advertisers
- Sell radio and digital advertising solutions as integrated marketing strategies
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand each client’s business goals and advertising challenges
- Retain existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and renewals
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Create and present customized advertising proposals that include radio, online, and digital channels
- Develop marketing strategies incorporating programmatic display, video, OTT, geo-fencing, and audience targeting
- Use performance data and analytics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI
Collaboration & Market Insight
- Provide input on creative sales promotions and marketing ideas
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
- Stay current on digital advertising trends, platforms, and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as an Account Executive at Lotus Seattle Corp, candidates should demonstrate:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Compensation & Benefits
Lotus Seattle Corp offers a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and long-term success.
Salary & Earnings
- $60,000 – $72,000 base salary
- Commission structure varies by product and platform
