About the Role
As the Integration Manager, you will guide dental practices through the full post-acquisition transition. You’ll ensure operational readiness, cultural alignment, staff engagement, and consistent patient experience while partnering closely with clinicians, practice leaders, and cross-functional teams.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts with professionalism and integrity.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Culture
- Lead and motivate practice teams through transition periods
- Model and promote our core values: Legendary Service, Integrity, Commitment, Accountability, Team, and Continuous Improvement
- Foster a respectful, collaborative, and engaged work environment
- Serve as a visible, accessible leader for practice staff and clinicians
Integration Management & Operations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integration activities for newly acquired practices
- Partner with HR, Operations, IT, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Facilities, and Marketing
- Ensure continuity of daily operations and patient experience during transitions
- Monitor progress and proactively address integration challenges
Team Development & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with practice leaders, clinicians, and support teams
- Support onboarding, training coordination, and communication during transitions
- Provide coaching and feedback to drive engagement and performance
Financial & Performance Accountability
- Support financial and operational objectives during and after integration
- Use financial statements, P&L data, and KPI dashboards to evaluate performance
Patient Experience
- Champion service excellence and ensure a positive patient experience throughout the integration process
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in healthcare operations required; dental experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage change in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of financial performance, including P&L and KPI reporting
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly to support acquisition and integration activities

- Remote role with regular travel to dental practices
- Standard business office and clinical practice environments
