SCM Frigo, a global leader in sustainable refrigeration systems, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth of our CO₂ refrigeration racks and condensing units across the US market. This multi-state role requires a technically skilled sales professional with 5+ years of HVACR equipment sales experience, ideally in OEM, distribution, or representative markets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Achieve assigned sales revenue targets for the region.
  • Own the technical sales process from opportunity through delivery.
  • Partner with contractors, consulting engineers, and end users to define system requirements and deliver optimized CO₂ solutions.
  • Drive new business and grow key accounts across multiple states.
  • Deliver technical presentations, specification reviews, and product guidance.
  • Track opportunities, provide sales forecasts, and share market insights.
  • Support commissioning, startups, and technical troubleshooting as needed.
