Position Summary

Our technology provides a digital care management platform that integrates multiple monitoring devices and tools, enabling ongoing health tracking and support for patients outside of healthcare facilities. The system collects and analyzes data to help clinicians make timely decisions. We are scaling nationally and we are seeking an elite, relationship-driven, professional level Regional Sales Manager who can open doors, build trust, and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Educate executives and decision-makers across hospitals, ACOs, FQHCs, and provider groups on our industry-leading CCM, RPM, PCM, TCM, and CCCM programs. Position yourself as a strategic advisor, clearly articulating clinical, operational, and financial value aligned to each organization’s goals.
· Leverage your healthcare network to open high-value conversations and accelerate deal cycles. Activate relationships with physician leaders, administrators, and value-based care influencers to create momentum and shorten time-to-close.
· Deliver compelling presentations showcasing measurable clinical outcomes, operational efficiencies, and strong financial ROI. Tailor messaging to C-suite, clinical, and operational audiences using data-driven storytelling.
· Manage the full sales lifecycle from first interest → solution alignment → MSA execution → go-live → scale. Own every phase of the commercial process with urgency, precision, and accountability.
· Lead disciplined pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and strategic territory planning. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through structured outreach, CRM discipline, and market intelligence.
· Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation, rapid patient activation, and sustained program performance. Partner closely with Patient Experience, Enrollment, Operations, and Implementation teams to drive outcomes and long-term account growth.
Qualifications
Required:
· Bachelor’s Degree.
· 5+ years of healthcare sales or business development experience.
· Proven success selling into hospitals, ACOs, physician groups, or value-based care organizations. Strong understanding of CMS programs, clinical workflows, compliance requirements, and reimbursement models.
Preferred:
· Proficiency with CRM & EMR platforms and familiarity with healthcare analytics tools.
· Experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and interpreting population health or claims data.
· Advanced certifications in healthcare, sales, or value-based care (e.g., CHC, CPHQ, CCMP, RAC, or similar).
