Key Responsibilities
- Process prescription refill requests in CS-Link for pharmacist review and approval.
- Input incoming refill authorizations into CS-Link with complete accuracy.
- Document all prescription activity directly in the patients electronic medical record.
- Monitor and follow up on open refill requests to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate daily with pharmacists and physicians to support smooth clinical operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Active California Pharmacy Technician License issued by the California State Board of Pharmacy.
- At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail, outpatient, or refill pharmacy setting.
