We’re a growing direct mail and mailing services company looking for a Mailing Database Specialist to join our team. This role is all about preparing accurate, USPS-compliant mailing lists that keep our production running smoothly and our customers happy.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning, organizing, and deduplicating mailing lists
- Running NCOA processing, CASS certification, and presorting
- Working with complex lists that include variable data
- Preparing mailing files for print and mail production
- Using BCC Mail Manager as your primary mailing software
- Supporting production needs using Print Shop and CorelDRAW
- Double-checking list accuracy, counts, and formats before jobs are released
- Managing multiple lists and deadlines in a busy production environment
- Communicating clearly with the team if questions or issues come up
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with BCC Mail Manager (this is required)
- Experience with Print Shop and CorelDRAW
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Solid understanding of mailing list processing and USPS requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently in a remote role and stay organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in direct mail, print, or mailing services
- Experience handling high-volume or time-sensitive mailings
- Familiarity with variable data and client-provided lists
