Position Summary

BrandSafway is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Craftsperson to support our operations. This role is ideal for an individual who can perform basic job-related tasks with minimal instruction and supervision. The Craftsperson will work as part of a team to support various industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects, contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality job execution.

Typically, this position requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a construction, industrial, or craft-based environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to follow established procedures while adapting to changing job site conditions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Craftsperson at BrandSafway, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Perform basic craft and labor tasks safely and efficiently with limited instruction
• Assist with the assembly, installation, and dismantling of equipment, structures, or materials as required by the project
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and job site rules to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
• Properly use tools, equipment, and materials in accordance with training and company guidelines
• Support more experienced team members and supervisors by carrying out assigned duties accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Identify and report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or potential hazards to supervision
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, or job plans as provided
• Demonstrate reliability by reporting to work on time and being prepared for daily assignments
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and site management

Additional certifications, training, or experience related to access services, scaffolding, industrial services, or construction trades may be beneficial, but are not required for this role.
