Your Responsibilities
- Participate in our structured training program to master sales and client acquisition strategies.
- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Build and manage your client base through marketing, networking, and referrals.
- Educate families, entrepreneurs, and professionals on life insurance, annuities, and tax-advantaged financial planning.
- Work independently while being supported by a mentorship-driven team environment.
What We’re Looking For

- No experience required — we’ll train you from the ground up.
Licensing & Training
- Must be coachable and open to learning.
- Willingness to obtain your Florida 2-14 or 2-15 Life & Health License (we provide guidance).
- Optional but encouraged: Attend in-office training sessions
- Tuesdays 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturdays 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
