- Engage2Excel is actively looking for a dynamic person to join our Finance and Accounting team to fill a position for a Full-Time job as a
- Financial Business Analyst
- that will be responsible for reviewing, preparing and analyzing various financial statements and account reconciliation for proper reporting. Report both to the FP&A team as we’ll as directly to the operations team.
- The candidate must reside in India and preferably located in Bangalore to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with the various time zones. - Help prepare financial statements and perform various account and bank reconciliation/analysis while ensuring compliance with internal financial/accounting policies/practices.
- Assist in preparing US/Canadian Tax reporting and in reviewing and preparing monthly financials.
- May assist in prepaid and fixed assets analysis, sales and bill of material report, purchase accrual report, inventory compilation and other ad-hoc reporting.
- Analyze standard and actual costs for variances and report variances to management for decision making purposes. Produce various monthly and year end financial reporting.
- Participate in supplier integration, upload and checks.
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounting experience is required. Prior cost and/or inventory experience strongly preferred.
- Computer literacy and proficient in Excel (including micros, VLookUp, etc).
- Ability to multi-task, Excellent data review and processing skills
- Strong problem solving and analytic mind, and ability to investigate issues independently.
