Role Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work remotely and report directly to our Head of Customer Success, supporting customers nationwide with onboarding, product questions, and day-to-day success.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their customer success or support career who is eager to learn SaaS and healthcare technology while working closely with an experienced leader.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboarding Support: Help new customers get up and running through training sessions, setup assistance, and product walkthroughs
  • Customer Support: Respond to inbound questions via email, phone, and chat; escalate complex issues as needed
  • Product Guidance: Walk customers through platform-specific features and best practices
  • Account Monitoring: Track customer usage and identify accounts that may need additional support
  • Feedback & Insights: Document customer feedback and share insights with the product and success teams
  • Knowledge Management: Help maintain FAQs, training guides, and customer success resources
  • Reporting: Assist with account health tracking and activity reports

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer support, account management, or customer success)
  • SaaS or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic approach
  • Comfortable learning and using new software tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
  • Curious, growth-minded, and excited to build a long-term career in customer success

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
