Earning Potential

Independent Contractors are paid based on completed services.
Pay structures vary by program and may include:

  • Pay for talk time and customer assistance
  • Performance-based incentives

Earnings depend on call volume, program type, and availability. Contractors manage their own expenses and tax obligations (1099).


Application & Certification Process

To get started, you’ll need to:

  • Complete an online application
  • Pass a background and credit check ($45 fee paid to vendor)
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Submit a W-9 form
  • Complete any program-specific certifications

New programs start weekly.


Schedule & Availability

  • Self-schedule in 30-minute blocks
  • Calls typically available 8am–8pm EST, with some programs offering 24/7 availability
  • More availability can lead to higher earning potential

  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Some programs may require additional security measures or equipment
