Position: WordPress Developer
Location: Remote (USA Only)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes + plugins).
- Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and compatibility problems.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality web solutions.
- Implement SEO best practices and ensure mobile-responsive layouts.
- Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and payment gateways as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Experience with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or other builders.
- Familiarity with WooCommerce, custom post types, and REST API.
- Understanding of cPanel, hosting, DNS, and website migrations.
- Experience with Git and version control is a plus.
Nice to Have
- UI/UX understanding.
- Experience with performance optimization tools (GTmetrix, PageSpeed).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, and tracking setup.
