What You’ll Do
Executive Support
- Manage inbox, calendar, and meetings
- Conduct company and market research
- Maintain Notion dashboards and files
- Draft correspondence and summaries
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and advisors
Personal & Family Support
- Organize family schedules, travel, and reservations
- Handle flights, hotels, itineraries, and logistics
- Manage gifts, vendors, and personal tasks remotely
- Maintain strict confidentiality
Legacy & Special Projects
- Assist with family-legacy, philanthropy, and archival work
- Organize digital materials and Notion project boards
- Coordinate education and cultural initiatives
- What I am Looking For
- 3 + years as an Executive / Personal Assistant or VA
- Excellent written & spoken English
- Proficient with Notion and Google Workspace
- Highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy
- Works well across time zones (EST preferred)
- Loyal, calm, and solutions-oriented
Bonus Skills
- Experience in real estate, M&A, or family-office settings
- Basic presentation / design skills (Slides, Canva)
- Travel-planning or event-coordination background
