We are a rapidly growing cross-border E-commerce company with an established presence across India, the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Saudi Arabia (KSA), and the United States, and expanding operations in Singapore and other global markets.
Our company manages and scales multiple portfolio brands across beauty, personal care, and fine jewellery, leveraging global marketplaces, direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms, and performance-driven digital marketing strategies.

We are looking for a tech-savvy Freelance E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our online brand presence, marketplace performance, and paid and organic growth strategies across international markets.
This role is ideal for a self-driven professional with strong experience in marketplace management, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and cross-border e-commerce growth.
Role Overview
As a Freelancer, you will be responsible for managing and scaling the company’s portfolio brands across key global markets including:
- United States
- UAE
- Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Singapore
You will oversee both marketplace sales and D2C website performance, ensuring consistent brand positioning, optimized advertising spend, and measurable revenue growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Marketplace Management
- Manage and optimize product listings, branding, and performance across Amazon, Noon, Walmart, and other marketplaces
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising campaigns
- Drive visibility, conversions, and sales through marketplace best practices
- Ensure consistent brand representation across web, mobile, social, and e-commerce platforms
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Amazon Ads
- Noon Ads
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Walmart Ads
- Optimize budgets, bids, creatives, and targeting to maximize ROI and ROAS
- Coordinate and execute media campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other paid channels
SEO, SEM & Organic Growth
- Develop and manage organic and paid search strategies
- Improve keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions through SEO best practices
- Align SEO and SEM efforts with overall e-commerce and branding goals
D2C & Brand Growth
- Drive sales and customer acquisition through D2C websites
- Collaborate on content creation for websites, blogs, and landing pages
- Support influencer marketing initiatives to increase reach and brand trust
- Optimize the full customer journey to improve conversion rates and customer experience
Social Media & Content Channels
- Oversee brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and visuals
- Support engagement and traffic growth through organic and paid social strategies
Vendor & Freelancer Management
- Manage and coordinate external vendors and freelancers, including:
- Creative teams
- Media buyers
- Social media managers
- SEO/SEM specialists
- Ensure digital spend delivers measurable ROI, engagement, and performance
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Measure and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Track key metrics such as traffic, conversions, CAC, ROAS, and sales growth
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations
- Continuously test, optimize, and scale successful strategies
Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
- Drive incremental revenue through affiliate marketing programs
- Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize commission structures
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably across multiple international markets
- Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems (Amazon, Noon, Walmart)
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing
- Experience managing D2C websites and online stores
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
- Experience working with vendors, agencies, and freelancers
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer and manage multiple brands and markets
