About the Role
The Senior Product Manager, Revenue Products will lead monetization strategy across programmatic advertising, first-party data, and audience-based ad solutions. This role is ideal for a technically strong product leader with deep experience in digital advertising, ad tech platforms, and revenue optimization.
You’ll translate complex business and technical challenges into clear product strategies while balancing short-term revenue goals with long-term platform scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for revenue and programmatic advertising initiatives
- Own and maintain the product roadmap for audience products, ad innovations, and monetization tools
- Lead the full product lifecycle from concept and requirements to launch and optimization
- Develop and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure revenue impact and product success
- Use data and insights to continuously improve advertiser performance and platform outcomes
- Partner with Sales and Leadership to understand advertiser needs and support custom solutions
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Communicate product vision, progress, and results to senior leadership and partners
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management
- Proven experience with programmatic advertising, digital ad products, or audience targeting
- Strong track record of delivering products from concept to launch
- Experience working in highly cross-functional, complex environments
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make clear, data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of openRTB, header bidding, Prebid, Google Ad Manager, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, and clean rooms
- Understanding of first-party data strategies, audience segmentation, and contextual targeting
- Familiarity with full-funnel advertising outcomes (awareness, intent, performance)
- Experience building scalable ad tech or revenue platforms
Compensation
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $125,000, depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Variable or incentive-based compensation may apply based on role eligibility.
