Trophy Point Investment Group is hiring a Marketing Technology Specialist to own the technical and operational side of our marketing systems.
This is not a creative marketing role. This is a systems, automation, CRM, and data role focused on HubSpot, integrations, reporting, and marketing infrastructure that supports borrower and investor communications.

You will translate business goals into workflows, automations, dashboards, and system improvements across HubSpot, the website, and investor platforms.
Core Responsibilities
1. HubSpot Administration & Optimization (Mandatory)
- Act as primary HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM administrator
- Build and optimize workflows, pipelines, deal stages, and automations
- Manage lead capture, scoring, segmentation, and nurturing
- Maintain database integrity and compliance
- Create dashboards and performance reports
2. Campaign & Funnel Execution
- Build landing pages, forms, and email journeys inside HubSpot
- Support borrower and investor campaign execution
- Implement A/B testing and funnel tracking
- Align lead flow with Lending and Investor Relations teams
3. Website & Systems Oversight
- Coordinate website updates with developers and designers (WordPress)
- Manage integrations between HubSpot, website, and investor portal
- Monitor SEO, user experience, and lead capture performance
- Track analytics using HubSpot and Google Analytics
4. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Build KPI dashboards for marketing and sales
- Analyze data and recommend system improvements
- Provide regular system performance reports to leadership
5. Email & Communication Systems
- Set up automated borrower and investor email communications
- Manage newsletters, invites, and follow-up sequences
- Maintain compliance and delivery reliability
6. Technology & Documentation
- Recommend tools to improve marketing system efficiency
- Maintain SOPs for HubSpot and connected platforms
- Keep systems integrated, secure, and scalable
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following:
- Hands-on HubSpot experience (minimum 3 years) at an administration level
- Marketing experience in lending, real estate, or banking
- Availability for at least 30 hours per week
- U.S.-based. Preference for candidates located in Virginia or Atlanta (not required)
Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems in B2B or financial services
- Strong understanding of funnels, lead generation, and data management
- Familiarity with WordPress and system integrations
- Analytical and process-driven
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
