Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR team by maintaining and managing HR operations, including employee data management, HRIS updates, and benefits administration. The individual will assist in the onboarding process, organize training sessions, and support various HR projects and initiatives. The role also involves managing compliance documentation, handling employee inquiries, and ensuring consistent HR processes across the organization.
Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources and HR Management, with knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for data management and reporting
  • Familiarity with Benefits Administration, including employee benefits programs and compliance requirements
  • Skills in coordinating and maintaining Training programs for employees
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
