Key Responsibilities

1) Make outbound calls to US vendors during assigned night shift hours
2) Communicate clearly and professionally to gather and share required information
3) Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups
4) Meet daily and weekly calling targets
5) Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

1) Must be based in Bangalore
2) Willing to work Night Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)
3) Work From Home (must have a stable internet connection and quiet workspace)
4) English is mandatory (good verbal communication skills required)
5) Experience in telecalling, voice process, or US calling is preferred
6) Should be an Individual Contributor
7) Self-motivated and target-oriented
8) 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, voice process, or US calling
