  • Handle inbound calls, assist taxpayers with forms and publications
  • Provide excellent call center customer service from home
  • Navigate multiple computer screens and applications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Type 20+ WPM and multitask between applications
  • Reliable, quiet home office with wired internet
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hrs/week (peak Jan–Apr)
  • U.S. citizen, able to meet IRS federal background check requirements
